In my therapy sessions I use cognitive behavioral therapy methods to help you deal with current problems and steer your life in a positive direction. I accompany my patients with commitment every step of the way and use various methods to help them develop a new perspective on complex life issues. My therapeutic approach includes treating a variety of mental health disorders, including depression, anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder, eating disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder, psychosis, and much more.


Children and young people can also sometimes have a bad time and their parents cannot always offer the right support. In situations where the child/young person shows changes in their expression and/or their performance drops, it might be time to get some support. Psychotherapy can provide this in the case of a mental disorder.

I support my young patients in overcoming their fears, sadness or anger, dealing with attention and concentration problems and helping them take positive developmental steps.

Consultations during TTC (trying to conceive)

The journey to becoming a parent can be fraught with emotional ups and downs, and I am here to provide you with professional support.

In consultations, I help you deal with emotional challenges, overcome uncertainties, develop strategies to reduce stress and navigate the rocky road to becoming a parent. I will support you in maintaining a positive attitude and coping with the psychological stress associated with the desire to have children.

This also includes promoting open communication between partners and strengthening your emotional resilience. 


The specialized training offers you effective tools to better understand, regulate and positively shape your emotions.

Whether you struggle with stress, fear, anger, or other intense feelings, emotion regulation training will help you strengthen your emotional intelligence and develop a healthy approach to challenges.
